Feta Cheese Spread
serves eight as an appetizer
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces feta cheese, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh dill, fronds finely chopped
4 scallions, both white and green part chopped
3/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Combine cream cheese and feta cheese mixing well to combine. Add dill, scallions and walnuts and mix well. Refrigerate for at least three hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serve at room temperature with homemade crostini or crackers.
